OTTI TO FLAG OFF CONSTRUCTION OF MEDICAL CITY NEXT MONTH, 11 RURAL ROADS, 3 AGRO-LOGISTICS HUBS  Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti will flag-off the construction of the Abia Medical City on the 10th of July, 2025, a project designed to reverse medical tourism in Nigeria . Also to be flagged off soon, are 11 rural roads projects and 3 agro-l ogistics hubs or markets under the World Bank Assisted Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP). The Commissioner for Information Prince Okey Kanu disclosed this on Monday while briefing journalists at Government House Umuahia, on the outcome of this week's State Executive Council meeting presided over by Governor Alex Otti.
