It is important to know that If you must be a leader you should be able to talk to people.

A Leader is not someone who knows everything, but someone who knows something everyday


They learn something new everyday, a great leader is the one is who ready to go extra mile to add in him one new lessons daily.


They exhibit the habit of excellent base on what they've learnt.


3.GREAT LEADERS EXHIBIT DISCIPLINE.

Great leaders are set of people who set direction, inspire visions and create something unique.


They take you from where you are, to where you ought to be.


So as an inspiring leader, you need to come to a point  you understand that there is need for discipline.


4. GREAT LEADERS CELEBRATE PEOPLE'S EFFORTS.

They are not always thinking of themselves, they recognize efforts


 they reward efforts and they appreciate what others are doing.


5. GREAT LEADERS ARE GREAT LISTENERS 

They listen a lot, they no that there is a lot of secret in listening and lots of benefit in Listening


So they listen to know what to say and action to take.


6. GREAT LEADERS POSSES POSITIVE ENERGY.

They know how to set a Tone, they are always ahead and always positive.


7. GREAT LEADERS ARE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATORS.

Great leaders knows how to say what is in their mind, they knows how to express themselves efficiently.


Great leaders are able to communicate the little stage in other to achieve great success.


8. GREAT LEADERS HAVE A WILLING ATTITUDE AND MENTALITY.

They are the one who tell you yes, we are going to win, and we either win or nothing else


They believe in wining, and they set the Tone for that wining, never to give up..


9. GREAT LEADERS NETWORK AND COLLABORATE WITH OTHERS.

Every great leader you see, is someone who knows that he/she can't do it alone.


If you must succeed as a leader you must come to that point where you understand that you can't do it alone, where you seek help and be open to help.


10. GREAT LEADERS ACKNOWLEDGE A HIGHER SOURCE OF INSPIRATION.

For mW I will like to tell you that my source of inspiration is God Almighty, the God who made the Heavens and the Earth, he is my source of inspiration.

Job 32:8
