OTTI TO FLAG OFF CONSTRUCTION OF MEDICAL CITY NEXT MONTH, 11 RURAL ROADS, 3 AGRO-LOGISTICS HUBS  Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti will flag-off the construction of the Abia Medical City on the 10th of July, 2025, a project designed to reverse medical tourism in Nigeria . Benjamin Okezie Kalu, establishing Federal College of Education, Bende, Abia State; Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Item Bende, Abia State, and Federal University Okigwe, Imo State.
